Best Solution

Best Solution is constituted by two different solutions of potassium oxalate which turn into calcium oxalate. The new surface that is created as a result of this reaction is stable and ensures the formation of an ideal structure to the indications for use of the product.

The mechanism of action of Best Solution makes it indicated also for desensitization treatments or prevention actions of hypersensitivity in the following occurrences:
A - After curretage, detartrase, paradontosis surgery
B - After fractures of the enamel
C - Removal of permanent bridges
D - after preparation of prosthetic stumps
In all the above mentioned occurrences it is important to underline that the achieved desensitization is permanent, as not determined by simple paint removable after stress.

Indications
1. Treatment of desensitization or acts to prevent hypersensitivity in the following cases:
a. Hypersensitivity primary.
b. After curettage, scaling and periodontal procedures.
c. Following a fracture of the enamel.
d. Removal of fixed bridges.
e. After the preparation of prosthetic abutments. In this case it is advisable to apply only the first liquid to prevent the formation of unwanted thicknesses.

2. Preparing dentin with the following advantages:
a. Possibility of eliminating etching dentin.
b. Total absence of dentinal permeability.
c. Total absence of sensitization (Hydrodynamic Theory of pain Brannstrom and Johnson 1974).
d. It is formed a surface extremely active to the adhesive bon.
e. The double layer of microcrystals in diversified size that is formed is penetrated by the adhesive that attaches structurally to this preparation emulating the effect of adhesion to the enamel which is obtained after the creation of microwell produced by acid etching.
f. Best Solution produces a desensitising effect to thermal stress, chemical and mechanical ones as it forms a thickness of crystals that act as protective liner.
